| 1971 | Richard Welter Richard Welter passed away February 1, 2007 after a long fight with diabetes and heart trouble. He is survived by his loving daughters, Melissa Welter of Washington and Laura Welter of San Francisco. Richard is also survived by his loving parents Harvey and Roberta Welter, Clearlake Park, California and his sister, Ellen Ramhoff, Chewelah, WA. |
